Building Surveyors can use this for stage inspections, for example a Frame Inspection, the plan can be marked with photos and descriptions of member rectifications, or missing members.

Architects and draftsman can use this to take photos of existing conditions of dwellings that will be renovated, and provide a report with points of action towards structure changes and remodelling.

Tradesmen can take progress photos of work in progress and create a report from start to finish of a job. The cover page states what type of report you have conducted
